Delivering performance, for any enterprise, is an ongoing challenge. If an enterprise can move from strategy to execution
successfully, then driving performance becomes the core action guaranteeing success.
Business Process Management (BPM) allows complete business processes to be modified, replicated and "tuned" more
effectively than the classic development models that do not separate flow from the general application logic that actually
performs the work. In addition to BPM, Business Process Improvement (BPI) analyzes the current process structure
right through to the implementation of improvements.
