Demand Satisfaction Rate in Defence Area
WITNESS User Conference 2012에서 발표된 내용입니다. Defense 분야의 Consulting을 업체인 PersideS가 BAE의 다목적 Vehicle의 운용을 위하여 ILS 개념의 SCM을 구축하기 위한 사례를 소개하고 있습니다. Demand Satisfaction Rate을 정하고 정해진 예산하에서 Service level을 만족하면 보너스를 받을 수 있는 계약구조라니 BAE입장에서도 시뮬레이션을 이용한 사전 검증은 프로젝트의 성패를 가르는 중요한 사항이겠지요. 발표 자료는 아래의 PDF를 참조하세요.
